Store Policies and Discount Programs

I thought this would be a good forum to post our Store Policies and Discount Programs. These will also be available on our website at www.lacartabellastampstore.com. Please note, some changes have occurred. Of course, there are situations that will deem exceptions to be made; however, these policies will be used as a guide.

Store Policies and Discount Programs

• No returns or exchanges will be permitted without prior arrangements having been made and noted on your receipt.

• Frequent Buyer Program: With every purchase, your Frequent Buyer card will be stamped with your pre-tax total. A full Frequent Buyer Card yields a 20% discount, on your next purchase. (Excludes prior purchases, New Releases and Special Orders)

• Card of the Month Contest: Every month we host a Card of the Month Contest. Entries must be turned in within the first full week of each month. Once all entries have been submitted, we will anonymously post those entries here on our Blog. Customers will be allowed to vote on the card they like the most. The card that receives the most votes will be deemed the winner. At the end of each month, we will post the winner here on our Blog. The winner will receive a 50% discount off 1 stamp. (Excludes prior purchases, New Releases, Stamp Sets and Special Orders)

• Special Orders: A small deposit would be appreciated on special orders unless prior arrangements have been made.
